Motel 6 Chino, CA - Los Angeles Area

This location isn’t terrible- But their front staff is beyond unprofessional. The rooms are ok, but the drain was clogged during my stay, along with a broken lamp. The main complaint is about “management” a woman who refused to identify herself. She told me on Friday 02/20 “there was no manager” after being unprofessional and rude. 3 days later, she told me SHE is the manager when I wanted to file a complaint. Customer service is awful. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Aside from myself, 2 other people were having similar issues with the same woman. When I asked for a higher up- I was ignored. Unprofessional, rude, and lacks customer service skills. Only stay here if you want cops called when you question discrepancies in your reservation.

one of the worst Hotels was supposed to stay for a week but moved out in 2 days. |No tea coffee maker / no hot water for tea / coffee. rooms very basic ,. properties allow pets which is very good , but no effort or rules to ensure that pets do not poo in from of your room,and your shoes gets smeared with the poo!!!|owner should take more interest / add breakfast and add minimal things like equipping room with tea / coffee maker

So paid for a room to check in for only fours of being there the power went out of the whole building. Spent the night in the dark and freezing cause had no power to turn the heater on. Our phones had died and had no idea what time it was. Had to use our car to charge the phones. Notified the office the ladys there said that there was absolutely nothing they can do about it to call corporate. So call corporate for them to only put it in the systems but they told me to call the office of the property. So I do just for them to apologize and said say that they will get the manager but instead just hung up on me. I paid for a full service working room with heat,power. Couldn't even see myself in the room the whole night. Honestly just bad customer service. They didn't even stick to their sayin

DONT EVER STAY HERE!!!! Service here sucks!!! You have to check in at a kiosk with someone that is halfway around the world. Even then you still have to talk to the lady at the counter. Depending on the lady you deal with you may get attitude. Had to go multiple times to get a new key and they decided to make the key only for one night even though we were staying a week. Next visit we had we asked if she made it for the week and started to give us attitude my husband stood up for me and she decided to say if he says another work she would kick us out with no refund even though we were barley checking in and just asking simple questions and she was the one giving us attitude from the beginning.
