Motel 10

I tried to give a half a star, but wouldn’t let me go lower than one star. First off, if you tell someone you will do something, you should do it. Paying for a full month, staying for only a week of that month, asked before leaving if a credit could be issued to use in the future. Was told sure, that he would honor that just as he has done in the past. However, as soon as I called to make arrangements to return and utilize that credit, he flat out told me he would not honor that credit. I do not like liars or thieves and believe everyone should be aware before staying there. Also, beware of the bug issue before staying. Very dishonest

Good price! close to down town has all the essentials ,clean , fridge , heating and a/c also friendly staff the police station next door so safe area! They offer monthly rates as well !

Me and my wife stayed at Motel 10 and crew Jorge and Mary are extremely polite, efficient. The rooms are generally pretty clean and I would recommend this motel to anyone. They need be treated like a little more better with a promotion. 100% recommended it. They are new managers.

Stumbled across this older motel and William, the most helpful manager, after we had a flat tire at Winslow Meteor Crater and couldn't drive to Gallup as planned for the night. Under new management since six months, and our room (standard motel size with two double beds) was totally reequipped. William was very helpful in suggesting the best Sunday options for tire purchase/repair; unlike most booking lines, he was local and knowledgeable when we called en route to town. Located on the westbound street for old Route 66 west of downtown. Totally quiet despite proximity to rail yards.

Popped into town to see the "Standin' on the corner" tourist spot, and this motel was just down the street. No, it wasnt fancy by any means, but it was a clean, basic room. Well lit parking lot. Would stay here again for a night when on a long drive across country.
