Morris Guest House

I was unable to locate the establishment during my visit to the Bronx. I contacted the provided number, but the individual declined to offer directions, stating they would only do so after I completed a form requesting my credit card information. I chose not to provide these details as I had already settled the payment for the reservation, and I believed any additional matters could be resolved upon arrival at the property. This situation appears to be a fraudulent scheme.

I booked hotel at very last minute. Process went really smooth. Rooms are a decent size, but im like 90lbs... Showers are separate from the actual bathroom itself. The toilet and sink have their own space. There's likes two showers. The only thing that was weird was how small the shower space is. Everything else was great!!

Our room was a cozy with a king bed, two beautiful street windows & everything that a traveller would require. The showers and toilets were always pristine. The room had good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion & soap. Hangers and a rack to keep everything wrinkle-free. There is an iron for a last-minute emergency. No elevator to bring suitcases. I’d recommend it to my friends. Thank you for all your help!!

The place is exactly as advertised, with an excellent location and easy access to the subway. The room is comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. I stayed for 6 days, and while some reviews mention difficulties with access, the listing is clear. I recommend following the check-in instructions sent via email carefully

Booked it as a last minute hotel for the night at 3pm .. show up at 11pm looking for the place and called only to be told I have to check in by 9pm and I can't stay there anymore . Asked for a refund and they told me to talk to the booking company .. all of this rudely . They sent me an email when I booked giving instructions for online checkin, mentioning no where that I had to complete it by a certain time . It's unreasonable for them to expect a booking to check in by a certain time if they don't mention it in the instructions message .. it's a normal thing to show up at a hotel at 11pm I submitted a claim with my bank and Morris Guest House submitted fake evidence that said I never showed up and otherwise would have let me stay there. I had a whole conversation with them on the phone
