Morgan Inn & Suites

Nice place in a small town reasonably priced. Owner is a very nice lady. Wish they had weekly rates instead of just daily rates.

We stayed there and it was awful. Outdated, wasn’t clean. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and someone’s stuff from previous stay was in a bag on the bathroom floor. It stink so bad I had to spray air freshener to try to get rid of smell.

My stay at the Colonial Inn, located in the city of Andrews, SC, was 4 nights. The drive to Georgetown was simple and convenient. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel, as everything went very smoothly. Checking-In was very easy and the room I had was extremely clean.

Basic, cost-effective accommodations. I didn't see any bugs (that's a huge hell no, for me). The room because it was dated wasn't a wow, but I do believe they were relatively clean. The staff is super friendly. The front desk is amazing. The parking lot is functional. A huge plus is that there is parking for trucks and smaller boats. It's cost effective. So here's the bottom line. If you're looking for a bed and the hotel experience isn't the top priority, this place is good. A place to lay your head that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. With some updating and maintenance, this could be pretty impressive. If you're coming to fish there are a number of boat ramps in the area. It would be a great place for a functional stay (not fru-fru). Would we stay there again for the price?

The rooms were old but I can say they were clean! I deep clean all the hotels that I stay in because I travel so much and I took a white rag and rubbed it across all of the countertops in the bathroom the tables etc everywhere in the room and it was clean. The AC worked good, and the hotel was quiet. The manager and owner were very helpful and accommodating. If you're working Nucor in Huger SC, this is definitely the place to stay they have a weekly rate and give a out-of-town worker discount. Even though it's further away on the map than Charleston your drive time will be less. Andrews SC is a 1/4 horse town but it can definitely help you save money.
