MooseMeadows Wilderness Par 3

What a great hidden gem for amateur or people who just want to experiment with a short round of golf. They have bags of clubs on carts ready to go, only a $15 donation. Course was maintained pretty well. We drew names and dress each other and we had a blast!

Fun little Par 3. Its run through donations and very well kept when considering this. The course is tight but fair and the greens are very consistent. Lots of fun and will definitely play again.

Perfect par 3 golf course minutes from Sugarloaf. If it wasn’t for the construction flagger, I would’ve missed it. We were greeted by the owner, Rocky. He and his wife take care of the property. They do everything. Everything! He said he loves when he sees families and kids playing golf, because that’s who he built it for. He said if people want to play 5-6-7, go for it, just let people through. He told us he’s got three moose living nearby. Three! Why does his sign / log only say “Moose?” Well, he said that log was found miles away during a flood a few years ago and the “Meadows” log hasn’t surfaced yet. If you don’t have clubs, he’s got a whole table full for people to use. Go enjoy the walk around this beautiful piece of real estate, Rocky built it for golfers like us.

Epic course, challenging and scenic par 3. Very impressive course for such a small operation and well worth the $15

A hidden gem in the western Maine mountains. Great little course for beginners, families and kids. Yardage ranges from 72 yards to 166 yards if you play the black tees. Great little layout and design. Just $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. Just deposit your money in the whiskey barrel bear the parking lot. Don't have clubs? No problem, there is a broken down bus full of used clubs to select before you head out onto the course.
