Monterey Resort

Monterey is fantastic. Our room was clean as well as the rest of the property. We had a slight issue with the air conditioner in our room and Lisa was more than accommodating and offered us to stay in another room for the night. Lisa is amazingly friendly and very welcoming. I love that each unit has an assigned parking space that is wide enough for big trucks to fit. Rates are reasonable and we will definitely come back.

What a great time! This resort was wonderful. Our room was very spacious with many amenities. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Lisa, the manager is very sweet and helpful and her husband Fran had us laughing the whole time. Our 2 young boys had a blast playing and dancing on the patio to Fran’s DJ/karaoke night. This resort had a very welcoming community feel to it. We’re already looking to book again soon!

We have been going to the Monterey every summer for the past 12 years. We just returned yesterday from this year's stay and, as always, we had a great time! It is the perfect beachfront location and has great amenities, including a beautiful clean pool. The managers, Lisa & Fran, do a great job maintaining the property and making sure that all of their guests are taken care of. I would highly recommend this for both couples, as well as families.

My family and I stayed here several years in a row and had a blast! The staff is very friendly and the entire property was immaculate and very well kept. The units are also updated, clean and modern. Anything that we needed, the staff took care of immediately. Timmy was one of the hardest working young men we've even seen at a resort, helping everyone to and from their cars. You can park your car and Timmy will help unload all of your belongings. Great job, Timmy! Keep up the great work. We will return!!!

Stayed in room 302. Room needs to be updated. The smell of mold was so strong that even the bed sheets smelled like it. Besides the room, the place was good. Nice view of the ocean and nice pool. Good place for family with kids.
