Mona Lake Inn

The first room I was in was decent. Then they decided my rate would go up unless I move to the dump. The room had bed bugs, no closet space, black Mold around the window, so much moisture in the room everything would mold within a couple days. Then come winter time and the entrance way was always soaked. I couldn’t keep anything by the window because there was so much moisture seeping in. Not to mention the parking lot was never caught up. For days after the first freeze, they salted everywhere but right in from of my room so Every time I stepped out I would risk falling because it was so ice. Then there was maybe 2 times they had someone plow. Well during the refreeze the parking lot would get so icy. My kiddos slipped a couple times. Ummmm…you should probably keep up on your parking lot

The Manager Lady that Works here is very Awesome. And she does not play when it comes to cockroaches or bed Bugs. She has a monthly inspection. And I felt she was very trustworthy with her word and is not here to take advantage of someone. Or overcharge a person during there stay. I had a really good overall experience with her and I wanted to share this with everyone on Google

Cheap motel. No bugs. Big rooms. TV is a bit small compared to room size. Beds are big. Large refrigerator. Bathroom is basic.

Anji is the BEST worker they have! She took her time to walk us to the room show us how to use remote, helped us bring food and belonging’s in, oyo told us no deposit on site and we are not from here and arrived around 3am, she waived the fee and trusted us, we had so many heart to heart conversations. She’s young and smart, keep up the good work hunny!

We stayed there while we was homeless I took pics before and after we was falsely accused of breaking things that was broken like a sink this was before they remodeled they had a lot of csc's staying there no visitors allowed you couldn't even converse with people staying there I'm like wow more like a prison then anything. We got there had no towels no shower curtain no tub stop things were falling apart and jon the maintenance guy he lied about alot of stuff etc. The two times we had to stay there I'm sorry but made no sense the 2nd time around they moved us from new building to old for only 1 day for a few hrs instead of letting us stay in the new building knowing we was leaving the next day. We hated it there. I'll never return there again. Workers there were disrespectful except for m
