Mollyockett Motel & Swim Spa

It's Dec 2025, called no answer, posts tell me this place is up for sale. No posts on FB since 2024. Do not book, if I get a call back I'll change my post. Someone needs to update this!! None of the posts below mine were there when I posted this. I still received no phone call back. Don't book online, call. It was up for sale last year.

Love the experience at the motel with the ambiance and the 70's vibe. Love the banquet room went to a birthday party there. Be glad when pool is back open it is going to be fabulous with all the up grades!! Be back for skiing season !!

Let me start by saying that I really want this motel to succeed, I previously lived in the area and this motel has been around before I moved there. Having said that, the new owners have a long road ahead of them in refurbishing this property. They are trying and I understand that things take time and money but this is going to be a big project. |The water has a strong sulphur smell, so much so that I highly recommend using bottled water for brushing your teeth. |In the older, original rooms, the outside lights at each door shine in the small window at the top of the door and we had to cover the window to get the room dark enough to sleep. Tried to contact them directly about a reservation. There is no way possible to contact them as the email address on their website doesn't work, and the phone number provided tells you to leave a message and to expect a call back.However, their phone mailbox is full.

I have been coming to the Mollyockett since I was a teenager to use their pool. The Bragg's have always been wonderful people. They always tried to make sure their customers were happy. I recently learned that they have sold it and there are new owners. I drove by the other day and saw there are indeed renovations going on. I am very excited to see what the place will look like when it's finished. Maybe I will rent a room to get the full experience of this quaint motel.
