Stayed spot 329 Jul 12- Jul 15th |Pros: |They are deadly serious about not being inconsiterate. Even during the day. Want to crank your radio. You will get told to turn it down so it cant be heard off your site. *I* will be the person that reported you (after I told you once you are annoying me) |Staffed really well |Office staff was very occomodating and professional. |Constantly doing maintenance on the property|Put your trash in bags by the roadway every hour they come by and take it. |Spots are clean - Spacious - and did I mention quiet? |For a campground with 250 sites they have 7 pump out stations. |The pump out stations are setup great too. Didnt need to pull out the long hose. water pressure was VERY high which was great for backwashing my blacktank. |Shower houses are pretty conve

Mohican Wilderness is an awesome place to camp and relax! The campground has beautiful riverfront spots, huge campsites, and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy nature. The hiking trails are scenic, the archery range is a blast, and there are swimming holes perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the whole place has that laid-back, outdoorsy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Plus, the on-site store has everything you could need — from snacks and firewood to camping essentials and more. Whether you’re camping, hiking, or just looking to unwind by the river, Mohican Wilderness is one of the best spots around.

We rented the two cabins and we all loved it there. The only thing I didn't care for was the hill we had to use to get to the restrooms. It was steep. They do have a shower rooms close that we would drive to. It would be so much safer if they put stairs there especially for night time bathroom travel. The staff was wonderful! Had a great time. Will be back

I’m surprised at the couple of bad reviews here. This campground rocks! I’ve been camping here for 30+ years. I never feel more relaxed than when leaving after a weekend on these gorgeous grounds. The campsites are huge, the river is beautiful, and the fact that you have to book the best sites a year in advance (for summer months) tells you just how amazing this place is.

I've camped here a couple of times recently and had a great experience. Camping along the river was really cool. Sites were nice complete with a fire ring and picnic table. Place was fairly quiet minus some horrible barking dog someone decided to bring... Highly recommended tough.
