Mitt Moody Campground

So this is actually from the Ebenezer Bryce Campground, but they're run by the same site host and are just a stones throw from each other. We saw deer near both campgrounds and both campgrounds are right by hiking trails. Mitt Moody is more reclusive and needs to be walked into while the Ebenezer sites have parking on site but are separated enough to not be bothered by your neighbors. Both campgrounds are not suitable for trailers/rvs. I can't say enough about how amazing this area is! Every interaction with a park worker was so welcoming and friendly! It was our site host's day off, but even then she still went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The site was $21 for the night and they sell wood bundles for $7 each. #6 was a beautiful group site so secluded from everyone. It’s a walk up site so definitely bring a wagon. It’s probably 100 feet from the parking spot. We were next to the creek and it sounded so peaceful at night. Surprisingly it was pretty cold at night and we went the third week of June. There were a ton of little gnats and bugs though when we first got there. I would recommend bringing a zapper or deterrent so they’re not flying in your space. It wasn’t too far of a drive to the lake. Definitely no reception there unless you leave the park. They do have a store right outside the park with ice cream and a steak house. Restrooms weren’t that much further than your parked car.

Beautiful space, and it's been kept up well. The park managers were a little intense and visited our site to make sure we were following the rules 2-3 times per day. Bathrooms were fine, well water was fine. Lots of great hiking trails

Beautiful, clean, smoke free, pet friendly, walking trails, relaxing. Perfect getaway

Had a nice evening walk along the river path. Lovely.
