Mississinewa Lake Campground

One of the nicest state parks in the area. The beach was large and well planned. There were plenty of picnic tables. One issue is the lack of prices in the gift shop at the beach. That was very frustrating. Other than that the state park is very nice and we will definitely be back.

Awesome Beachfront. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Friendly staff. Beware of deer ticks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mississinewa Lake Campgrounds is hands down one of the best managed and maintained state parks in the entire state of Indiana. From the moment you arrive, you can tell the staff here takes incredible pride in keeping the grounds clean, organized, and welcoming to all visitors. The camping locations are absolutely perfect. Whether you’re in a tent, camper, or full-sized RV, there’s a spot for you. They offer full hookups, including 30 and 50 amp power, and the sites are well-spaced, level, and thoughtfully laid out for easy access and comfort. The restrooms and shower facilities are always clean and well-stocked, which really adds to the overall experience. The beach area is one of our favorite parts of the park. We go a couple times a week. Depending on the weather you can hike, bike, swim, boat, camp, or just take a drive to see the wildlife.

Super nice place. Clean grounds and restroom areas. Attendants were very nice. Nice access points to the lake. The hiking paths have tasty blackberry bushes along the way. Dog friendly and quiet hours were respected. Nice family friendly campground
