Millennium Motel

I have been living in this place for more than six month and it is absulutely tranquile , the rooms are in perfect conditions and it has a familiar environment for the kids , the owner and the manager are always trying to help the tenants with the payments . I was there wen Marisa martinez was kicked out because she was not paying the rent , and even when The manager and the owner were giving chance to pay it. The price is the cheapest in the area , they charge 320$ per week but they take care of the water, wifi, tv cable ( great channels) , electricity , dishes. The pool area is brand new and the security is essencial for this guys of millenium motel I recommend this place 100%

Went to see about a room that the manager said that he was going to show me but when i showed up he said in a very rudely way that he has closed as he sat with another tenant drinking his beer and then told me if i have money he would show me the room and then told me to get out very rudely. This is no way to treat a customer i would never recommend this place to no one especially when the manager is a drunk BAD FOR BUSINESS. So i decided to check online to see if there was any good reviews about this place and i wasn't surprised to find bad reviews for the same reason about the manager running this place stateing about him being drunk and looking for trouble with the tenants. IF I WAS THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE I WOULD FIRE THIS GUY

I lived here for over a year, my boyfriend for 3! The owners and manager Tom do not care about the tenents at all! We were promised a new air conditioner since last summer, never got one! It was in the 80s in our room every day! I was thrown out by the drunk rude manager Tom at 8pm on a Sat. night for having a misunderstanding with my boyfriend! He was allowed to stay! We had just paid the outragious rent of $380 the day before! I slept on street for one week until my boyfriend got paid again and we could rent some place else! The manager Tom is always drunk and sits outside his apt and starts trouble with everyone! He is delusional & a lier! He does nothing while his wife does all the work! I do not recommend this Motel to anyone, unless you want to live in a prison ran by a loser drunk!

My husband an I went there to check out a room....the owner was absolutely rude. My husband asked to see a room, the motel owner proceeded to ask for money to just show the room to us. When my husband said no, he blatantly told my husband, "get out". Some people need to learn to have manners.

I rented for a few weeks the drunk landlord was rude & drunk all day and his wife was even worse asking for more money evryday on top of ur rent & deposit to buy beer for her alcoholic husband which has been arrested by hollywood police a number of times for his disorderly conduct with tenants this overpriced room ends up being $1400 a month worse place ever the owners have no idea what is goin on in this place the rooms are hot & the place is run like a prison ur family isnt even allowed to visit .. it may look good from the outside but what goes on inside is whole different story Tom the owner is as bipolar as they come tells u one thing while sober wich is at 7 am if u catch him at 9am hes already drunk .DONT RENT HERE 😯
