Absolute gem. Very well maintained, beautiful views of Rayburn Reservoir and the #1 camp hosts of all the COEs we've been to. Wilson, his wife, Donna and Eric went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I feel like I've made friends for life.

Excellent! Nice host on site. Clean campsite. A little create leveling on our 40' fifthwheel but not too bad. Had site 30. Fantastic little walk to water. It is low water right now but a nice sandy beach because of it. Granddaughter swam and caught a nice bass.

This is a very big campground. Over 100 sites and that's with two small areas being closed off. 😯 The sites are not concrete but I lucked out because mine is level. Again the big draw here is the Rayburn reservoir in the 🎣 fishing. Most of the campers here have a boat🚤. This location is not totally out in BFE like my other two were. There is food and gas available nearby. There's a barbecue place in walking distance. There's a laundromat and a hamburger place. So there is something nearby 👍🏻 Nice boat ramp with a dock and plenty of parking. And it is very busy here! There are at least six RV parks in the immediate area. Mostly used as summer fishing bases.

First time here. Early April and the temps are already in the mid 80’s and humidity is high. The only saving grace is low 70’s at night. The campground is well laid out with good spacing between most sites. I was in E014 which is on the lake. The parking is sloped, which appears common in the spaces around me also. The sites are well maintained and people are friendly and courteous. The reason for the three stars is the bathhouse. The showers are disgusting. Of the four available only two had a usable spray. Lots of dead cockroaches on the floor mixed in with long hair and slime. The bathroom is old and was filthy too. This is on a weekday so can’t blame weekend crowds. Only went in once and never went back for health reasons. If you don’t need to use those then staying here is f

Great place to stay a couple weeks. We enjoyed everyday. The host, both of them were great. Down home good professional host. Did some fishing and caught some catfish. When to Nacogdoches for the Christmas Festival and will never go again. Not worth it. Very boring.
