Despite what you might hear, the owners are absolutely amazing. The rooms are VERY clean and a family oriented staff. The new owners are caring and will do any accommodations they need to to make your stay very comfortable and amazing. I never seen any bugs and like I said the rooms are clean and come with microwaves, mini fridge and flat screen tv's. This is the only place in town that I know will make you feel at home while away from home. If you are traveling for work I highly recommend this place.

We've lived here about 6 weeks, the rooms are bug free. We have a small dog too! The owners are good people and fix anything that breaks quickly. There's a background check to rent here as well. Which makes me feel safer. There's also families that live here. All in all Midwest is a great place, that is close to shopping and hiking.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. We needed an uber late at night and couldn't get one. We started walking but a couple guys that worked there found us and gave us a ride. They "just didn't want us walking at night". Great people, will treat you like family.

My wife and I stayed here on 9/24/2016. We found the room to be clean and comfortable with a modern flat screen TV and basic cable channels but no movie channels to watch. The price was reasonable at about $45 for 2 people including tax. It was quiet all night and we both slept comfortably. The only negative thing about the room I could say would be that the mattress was of a cheap quality and wasn't that great but it didn't keep me from sleeping soundly. To close, neither myself or my wife would hesitate in staying here or in recommending friends or family to stay here.

You get what you pay for. Room has no curtains so light still seeps through, door to bathroom got stuck at the bottom when closed, no coffee makers in room, remote for TV was nowhere in site, had to go ask for toilet paper the next morning on our first night. Be sure to take your own blow dryer as well and our air units front kept falling off. They are under renovation but room still needs improvement.
