I stayed here for about three weeks while working at Marathon and had a really good experience. Rex, the owner, is super friendly, helpful, and easy to get a hold of whenever you need something. The park has the basics — power, water, and sewer hookups — plus cameras around for safety, which I appreciated. The area itself is quiet and feels safe, especially with the police station just up the hill. Some RV owners could probably keep their spots a little cleaner, but nothing major. The only small downside is the busy road right next to the park, but it didn’t really bother me too much. Overall, it’s a convenient spot with town, stores, and the highway just a few minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a place to park while working or passing through
The property owner had security cameras installed and points them towards the campers he wants to "watch", invasion of privacy at its finest! Wonder why they nickname him "daddy rex"!!! Not professional at all!!
very friendly and family oriented. quiet at night. neighbors do not bother you. pets are welcome. owner is a great individual.
My wife and I love this place. The owner is very down to earth and makes this place feel like home and family.
