Spent one night and so glad we did. Clean RV park. Full hookups $38. Good service. Friendly and helpful manager on site. FREE laundromat.

There wifi suck , n cannot use the laundry if u have dog they have sign on there they should at least give beeter rate for people who have pets and cannot use laundry room.

Perfect stay! We felt lucky that we found Midland Basin RV when looking for a couple months stay while working at the oilfields. Jay, the owner, is very attentive to the needs of the park. He was always responsive when we needed assistance. The park is very neat and clean. The other RVs are all decent. This is not a run down oil patch park. It is hard packed gravel and we always felt safe. Most guest here are working in the oilfields so everyone is quiet or not there but only two weeks at a time. Wi-Fi was fairly good. Sometimes slow during high winds or rains. Laundry room was included in our rate - what a bonus!! A nice small patch of green at the front for walking the dog. Nice area to stop and drop off garbage. Here for work, staying several months. Looked at several other places before choosing this. I give it 5 stars for 1. Clean and well kept. 2. Owner is on site 24/7 and is very welcoming. 3. Quiet and safe. 4. Laundry is very nice and it's free. 5. Wifi actually works great.

Though this is not a RV resort, it’s clean and well cared for. Sites are a good size. All have full hookups. The owners are so very nice; welcomed us warmly, escorted us to our site and told us about the free laundry. Very reasonably priced. Give them a try!
