Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warsaw

This was an excellent place to stay. The room was cozy & clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints at all. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Coffee was great! One thing you need to do is visit the gazebo area with gas bonfire pit out in front of the hotel. Absolutely wonderful and was so nice meeting some new friends from Montreal who were staying for the Bills/Chiefs game on Sunday. If you need a great meal while in town, go to Laurie's restaurant, you won't be disappointed! Although I probably won't be back in Warsaw, NY, it was one of my favorite hotel stays in recent memory.

Staff are very friendly, especially Deb, the manager. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great location. Coffee and tea 24 hrs, and complimentary breakfast. Will definitely return on our next trip.

Debra and crew were amazing. We got stuck in the restrictions due to weather. We are semi truck drivers and we dropped in Gainesville Monday morning and the restrictions hit. They kept us up to date on if we should leave or not. We decided to stay till this morning to miss what was going to be happening in front of us. If you ever find yourself in Warsaw make sure to stop and take in their kindness and their quaint little town.

First time at a Microtel Inn. I thought this is going to be nice. Room wasn’t clean, found a thong on the floor. Obviously the room wasn’t swept well before we arrived. There was also a dirty sock in the stairwell for the entirety of our stay (5 nights). While the staff was pleasant, they didn’t keep up with stocking the breakfast (out of milk twice, out of coffee once, out of omelettes twice). When I went to check out, the person at the front counter was cleaning a counter and kept cleaning instead of stopping and taking care of us. Also had weird issues with pending charges. Original charge was too low, a duplicate charge way too high. Talked to the assistant manager and he credited the 2nd amount and the very next day a new pending charge was added. My wife and I stayed here December 19th 2025. My wife uses a service dog. She is battling cancer and has a back disability. When we arrived it had been snowing, but the walkways were not cleared or maintained at all. I decided to not use the service dog as the sidewalks looked too risky and I needed to offer more support to my wife than the dog offered. Unfortunately she fell twice leaving large bruises on her hip and leg. It was so slippery. We mentioned it to them at check in and they were kind enough to comp our room and immediately send someone out to salt the sidewalks. At check out the manager stated that they would not be comping the room after all and told us they had salted before we arrived. False.
