Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tioga

Most of the things that this Microtel states that they cover they do. They serve pork meat, which I do not eat! There are no Chicken or turkey sausages available for people that do not eat the swine (nasty pig)! They only clean your room one day in that week! I was initially told on the Even days (which if you have an even room number which I did) they clean your room on Mondays and Wednesdays and they do not work on the weekends. When my room was not clean on Wednesday I was told they only clean it on Mondays one day a week. The Odd days were supposed to be Tuesday and Thursday but they will only clean on Tuesday. When they state a micro that is a small room for sure! I pulled the cart with my luggage in the room and couldn’t even get around it! I had to pull it out and place my luggag

We enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth at the front desk was outstanding. All the other personnel did a fabulous job also. Breakfast options weren’t the greatest but they were OK. Coffee was good.

Positive: "" Negative: People were smoking in their rooms on our floor and you could smell it throughout the floor.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The first room I was given had a broken AC unit, about 15 flies, and was overall dirty. The walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately it wasn’t much better — the bathroom floor was covered in hair, which was extremely unpleasant. For the price of a hotel stay, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable experience.

Had some critters in my initial room. They said they had no other rooms available but was lucky enough to at least get a room with a broken heater. Good breakfast!
