Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stockbridge/Atlanta I-75

Not impressed with the help at the front desk at all. I had called the reservation line and informed them that we were traveling with our dogs. They quoted me a price and I paid at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, it cost us an extra $90 for the dogs and an additional $50 deposit. When I explained that I had already paid, the two men started talking another language to each other. And then told me no one had called them about us having dogs, even though our confirmation clearly stated a pet room. We were tired and just wanted to get in our room so we paid the additional fee. The room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed. It looked like a 5 year olds room. Bright Crayola colored pegs (different colors) to hang clothes/coats on. I found this hotel while booking on Priceline. I was immediately attracted to the colors. As I review the pictures online, I knew this was my place so I booked a reservation. As soon as I walked in I was greet with a smile. Check-in was easy and everything was explained to me. This place is super secure with 25 cameras that are easily visible on the screen by the front desk. They have a gym here, which I used. The pool could not be used because it was off-season, and that was expected. My stay was pleasant. ||||My only issue is that the hallways smelled of marijuana, though the rooms say "non smoking." That could be an issue with people who are sensitive to smoke or family with kids. The smell was obvious, and I 100% believe the staff knew and should have done something. ||||Nonetheless, t

I enjoyed my stay here. The room and the towels were clean. All of the questions that I had, the front desk staff answered. Everyone from the front desk staff to the room attendants were all super friendly and helpful. They all assured that whatever I needed assistance with, it was done. They have a laundry facility on-site which was very helpful after being here for 5 days. I'll be sure to come here again, when I come back to visit my friends and family. Economically affordable and centrally located from all that you need. Whether you have transportation or not, everything that I needed was a short distance away!

We really enjoy stayed at microtel on exit 224 Nice location lots of restaurants to choose Walmart is 1 mile away Staff was very helpful. Room (113) was Clean recently renovated. very safe area. Walked my dog every night and enjoyed it Will be back

Well, I have to say that when we get there they gave us a room and it was NASTY. Hair on the "clean sheets" all over the floor. The vents for ac and heat were disgusting so we oppted to get a new room..The guy took us to the second room and it stunk like smoke...we look up and the fire detectors are covered. 🤦‍♀️ so we go for a third room and there is mold in the vents and I just had enough and by then every little thing felt like it was just dirty and nasty. He said they had been busy and I understand that but 1 out of 3 should be liveable and they were not. He did opt to give me a total refund will update if it doesn't go through and I appreciate that for them and with no fight. Maybe it was just a bad cleaning day but im glad that we chose to go somewhere different.
