Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springville

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and you can tell the rooms were recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. The staff was amazing — very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Positive: i came down at about 1am to ask the desk if they had tylenol. The staff member asked if i was ok. He and she then got me some water, said i sounded like i was getting sick and asked if there was anything they could do for me. Negative: no

We had an unusual few days at the end of December due to weather. [We had to reschedule a wedding!] I had about 5 days when I canceled and then rescheduled reservations as our needs kept changing. The staff at Springville Microtel was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. The rooms provided were clean and comfortable and the rate was very reasonable - especially considering all the changes! Really thankful for all their help in taking care of people for whom I was responsible.

Traveling to rural NY made the hotel search a challenge but I found the Microtel in Springville. This was an ideal experience. The hotel is not big city fancy. For me it certainly does not need to be. It was incredibly clean, organized and comfortable. The staff were obviously hard working and seemed quick to jump into whatever chore was at hand. From inquiry to check in and check out I was treated respectfully and with a nice dose of "kind". Zach managed my inquiry and my check in and "local" questions professionally and with kindness. He obviously is invested in the facility and its appearance and function. I was greeted later in the stay by a replacement at the front desk who was equally kind. I wish I could give customer service 6 stars. Me and my family got in late and we made some mistakes with our reservations. On top of that stress was high because we were in town for a funeral and communication is not our best strength. Their staff was amazing and was the calm in the storm. Shout out to my man TJ showing patience and professionalism.
