It felt safe and was generally clean. However the bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn't the best. They really should have some more fruit at the breakfast station. Also the rooms didn't smell that great. It was acceptable for the price.

There is no hospitality at this hotel. They make extremely loud noise and Talking very early everytime right outside your room. I know they have to clean but have consideration for people who are resting their last hours. I needed clean sheets because they was dirty and full of unclean stains and previous guest hairs. They also rush you out the room and the highway is also very loud from traffic so that doesn’t allow you to rest as well. The hotel smells like marijuana all over due to people smoking in the rooms. I won’t stay here again. I’d rather spend $40 more and some place else. The workers are also rude.

My check-in experience was seamless and efficient; although I chose to wait until my arrival, I received an email with an estimated check-in time, and upon request at the front desk, (I asked for a toothbrush upon arrival) the staff kindly provided a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste while also offering helpful advice on local restaurants and businesses.

Positive: Clean comfortable room and bed. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Negative: Checked out on line but was grilled about if I was checking out as I was leaving the property. Why have online checkout if your going to interrogate the guest as they are leaving?

I was in town for a week preparing to attend a family wedding. I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign hung on the outside of my door the whole time. I just placed my trash cans outside the door and they would empty it. That is all the exposure to their service portion of this survey. My room had a pungent order to it. I believe it was mold? They offer a Continental breakfast but when I noticed it was all carbs and zero protein, I passed on it. I was pleasantly surprised when after I had returned home to Missouri for a couple of days, I received a call from the hotel notifying me that I had left a brand new (unworn) pair of Levi 501 jeans hanging in the closet of hotel room. I had realized I accidentally left them and I just wrote it off thinkingI was an idiot, basically leaving behind a $10
