Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hamburg

Hotel was clean and quiet. There is a restaurant onsite which we did not use. There was a band in the bar per the advertisement in the lobby.||Hotel was quiet, easy access from the main highway. Cabella's and Russell Stover candy store and others across the street from hotel. Cracker Barell and other restaurants/diners nearby. Heater worked well, bed was comfortable, two types of pillows in room, micro fridge in room. We only stayed one night, for a local wedding.

Stayed there on New Years Eve because me and the wife did not want to drive home after a party in Hamburg. Room was clean and it was quiet. Could see they were doing drywall work in the hallways but that did not concern me. If the opportunity arises again where we need to stay up in that area we will use this facility again no problem

Not sure where to start, traveling is hard to find a place to stay not being able to read reviews or know if you should keep going. This place, keep going! The best part was the bar next door, Paddys. |Check in, sorry to bother you, "you didn't finish, that's why it's not here" |The room, wow, seriously in need of help, carpets are torn and frade, walls are cracked, bathroom tiles are mildew, towels are stained. Sheets and pillows seemed ok. |The heater was so loud, |Pretty sure they called the room a suite, not so much, but was charged for it. |They don't get very close with the vacuum.|Morning person, again sorry to bother you. |Not much for a continental breakfast, cereal, muffins, bagel, coffee and juice.

Positive: lobby was clean and the location was great for my needs. PappyT's was good! Negative: room smelled like BO. I had to go to Walmart to buy air freshener. Bathroom sink did not drain. Beds had stains and floor was wobbling.

Although I wasn't the Happiest with the condition or cleanliness of the room they looked old outdated and sorta starting to fall apart , the furniture seemed to be over well used and needs replaced desperately. The b building also isn't real secure anyone can walk in or out of really any entrance or exit to the building. But needless to say the gentleman that was working the front desk during my stay was fantastic 👌 the man was very polite and courteous, and seemed to be over and beyond his regular duties and deserves lots of credit 👏 I wish I could remember his name, but im horrible at remembering names!
