Best stop for multi day ski in Loveland. Family friendly. The staff are sweet and amazing. Breakfast was surprisingly huge variety of self-serve hot, warm and cold items - eggs, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, pastries, strong coffee. Pool and a hot tub were great, but they could have put less chemicals so it’s more neutral yet sanitized. Free parking, short drive to Georgetown for dinner and train rides. Right next to the lake.
Internet did not work on my laptop, asked for help. They could not figure it out. Stayed over x-mas holiday to be close to skiing. Great location, very cute town. Newer hotel was clean. Easy check in and out. Room was par, nothing special, beds very firm, pillows soft. I was overcharged from my quoted price, did not receive military discount. ||Manager?(chris) seemed to be "messed up"and had non professional appearance. She prioritize a conversation with an employee rather than helping me and another customer at the front desk. She was disrespectful and rude when we were cooking breakfast items(took my food out of the microwave while it was cooking) Cold coffee and apple juice was bad(bitter) possibly not reconstituted with water? ||Very loud hotel, doors slamming all evening. Called front
A nice quiet place nestled into the mountains. I see others left not so good feedback which id like to say they are nit picking. Yes there is a lake which is slightly obstructed by construction. Not the hotels fault. There was no noise disturbance by the workers. We slept soundly. Beds & pullows were firm & clean. Im sure in summer the lake is more visible. Service was outstanding. They called me back to be surr i was throwing out a small cooler. Most other hotels would not have called. The black out curtains helped us sleep in till 11 undisturbed. The room was clean & modern with a spectacular view of the mountains.
Positive: Good location, clean rooms Negative: I was told prior to arriving that there would be Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches every morning but the first morning I was there I was told those are only available on the weekends.
We stayed here one night for a little family getaway trip. The pool and hot tub amenities were great. We chose this hotel over others because it was pet friendly and showed beautiful views of the lake online. We reserved with booked and then got additional fees added on at arrival which was way more out of our price range for one night than what we wanted, and unfortunately we got put in a room where the view was not of the lake but instead a new distillery that was built and we were disappointed. The evening staff seemed to be more lively and helpful vs the morning staff when we went to check out I felt like I was interrupting a conversation between coworkers when asked "What do you need?" instead of "How can I help you?". Overall experience wasn't great but if you have the money and need
