Would give zero stars if possible. The first room we were assigned had a large hole in the ceiling. When we requested a room change, the front desk staff responded with noticeable attitude. The second room had visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. Additionally, the hallways had trash throughout and there were flies present, giving the property an overall unclean and poorly maintained appearance. After notifying the front desk that we would be canceling our week-long stay due to these conditions, the staff member became rude rather than addressing the concerns. This experience fell far below basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. We would not recommend this property.

I can’t express what a great value this hotel is. Located in a nice quiet low traffic area 10 minutes from downtown. I’ve only ever done quick overnights here but this recent stay was for a week. Free breakfast, laundry on site, Dish Network, kitchenette, awesome comfy bed, Wi-F, awesome staff. They have everything a hotel that costs twice as much has. I worked in hotels for 3 years and can tell you that this hotel is like finding money on the ground.

This was by far THE BEST room we have stayed in, in a while! I was traveling with my 92 year old Grandma, 2 year old dog, and was on the trip to pick up a new puppy, and travel back home the next day! We booked last minute... The day before our trip! I had very specific special requests... I needed a PET FRIENDLY, WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE, ROOM WITH SOFA-OR-RECLINER, ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS, AND CLOSE PARKING.... I also asked if we could check in an hour early. We were able to get a beautiful, clean, queen suite with bed, sofa, chair, mini kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, tea, condiments. Our bathroom had a walk in shower, with shower chair.. A toilet with grab bars, and sink next to it. We could have had breakfast too! Our room was a handicap room... At first I wa

I never leave reviews but the incompetence i encountered was baffling.||My.night started by getting checked in under a wrong name. I get a knock on my door waking me up from a dead sleep. Mind you I came here to get a solid night's sleep before i dropped my car off while im on vacation. Then I wake up to a 245 dollar charge. I tried to receive compensation and clarification The guy said there was no charge and continued to deny it even after showing the charge on my bank statement. Worse hospitality. Also in room 110 where I was staying visible water damage under the sink wall peeling. Wood chips and trash outside my room door. This is an outright disgusting hospitality service ever. Spend the extra bucks its worth it. Im having to wait a week for a review on this matter.
