I’ve stayed at budget motels that handled issues better than this place. What I experienced here was a combination of poor service, unresolved problems, and a management team that seems to specialize in copy-paste apologies. The General Manager’s response to my concerns was impressively vague — lots of polite words, zero accountability, and absolutely no concrete resolution. If the goal is to acknowledge feedback without actually doing anything about it, mission accomplished. Guests pay for service, not scripted responses. Until this hotel learns the difference, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The building is old and looks dirty. There was no help with luggage I had to take the trolley and carry all the bags myself. Being a Platinum member means nothing here. There is no lounge and no real benefits. Even for regular guests, basic respect should be guaranteed, and sadly, this is not the place for that. The rooms are small, very old, and look cheap …. like an ordinary, low-quality hotel. Nothing feels modern or well maintained. The front desk was the worst part. The receptionist, Jorge, welcomed us with a bad attitude even before saying hello. He looked annoyed and unhappy. Even when we tried to be polite, it didn’t help. Staff are rude and very pretentious at the reception. It is not welcoming and rooms need to be renowned, everything is broken, from safe lockers to doors. Not a standard Marriott I am afraid. Please do something about it

The front desk can be challenging del on who you interact with. Depending on the floor some rooms are renovated. I asked for a chair and it turned into a big deal. Sadly, the guests next to me were very loud and the walls are paper thin. The location is great. You can walk to the train. I hope to return and have a better experience. There is a Publix across the way. It is really very convenient.
