Miami Hostel

I was hesitant because of the low rating, but my experience registering has been very positive. Billy is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. He made the whole process smooth and treated me with respect and patience. First impressions matter, and he truly made me feel comfortable during a transitional moment in my life. Grateful for the hospitality so far.

Was told to pay in cash and that an additional late late $20 fee would be required for check in (despite accepting late fee on booking.com for free). I had made an amendment to my dates and upon arrival was blamed for my whole reservation being cancelled before being told to come back to the hostel 9 hours later and pay the original full amount or triple the amount for a fraction of the dates booked. I was left stranded on the side of the road at 5am with no where to go and wish I'd went with my gut feeling and just didnt come and paid the booking fees place was dirty and wet water all over the floor my clothes and luggage soaked too. Added to this they just changed their business name look out for this with future ultra budget hostel options

Extremely Unprofessional — Left Outside for Hours, Unsafe, and Not the First Time I arrived at the property around 10:00 PM, well before the listed latest check-in time. The instructions said to ring the bell and someone would open the door — but nobody ever did. I rang the bell repeatedly and waited outside for more than five hours, until around 3:30 AM. I was not the only person stranded. Another guest had been waiting for a long time, and later yet another person arrived and also could not get inside. All of us eventually had to leave because nobody ever showed up to let guests in. At one point, a police car happened to pass by. When I asked them for help, the officer told me they had received many complaints about this same hostel before, so this was clearly not an isolated incident

I arrived at night hoping that they will allow me to enter (they say 24h check in), I waited for almost 3 hours outside until 2:30am in a very dangerous place full of homeless people, nobody opened nor attended my many phone calls, two more people had the same issue, they never replied my messages on Booking either, and they just simply canceled the reservation in Booking. This is the worst of the worst experience that I have had, hopefully nobody else make this mistake. I don't even know how those kind of businesses are allowed to operate. They are really irrespectful.

Scam, I booked in booking.com but when I come by taxi they said we don't have room, bed and show me another place far from 12km with hight price. Don't wait time come here.
