Positive: the floors are newer. the staff were great. you can see that the management is making effort to make the place updated. a good option to stay if you just needed a place to sleep over Negative: some fixtures are old. door, painting ceilings. pillows and blanket were thin. but then again for the price I think you get what you paid for.

Rooms are dirty, moldy, and have cockroaches. They must reiterate 2-3 times that there is a $300 fine for smoking in the rooms (I don't even smoke) but then there are burn marks on the comforters, floor, bathroom. The sink is at such an angle, im sure is being held up by hopes and dreams. The toilet seat won't stay in place and keeps coming unattached. And if you ask for a refund... well, they have a no refund policy... so I hope you didn't book for more than 1 night like we did... oh yeah, I can't forget... the stairwell smells like urine and the elevator is out of date and very rocky. Just trying to save someone else from being fooled by the outdated pictures online. I may add more pictures after we are moved out of here

Good morning cordially and for your information I want to tell you, that it has been my worst experience in a hotel in my life, the girls when we arrived yesterday around 7:30 pm were friendly, but the first room they gave us the AC was very noisy , the bathroom was unpleasant, the second room was not much better, it smelled smoke , the bathroom light was broken, we couldn't sleep all night, people banging, slapping doors, the lady with white hair this morning was Very rough and did not pay attention to my complaints, she only gave me a card with your email and told me that she had nothing to do with it, if I had to write a review of your hotel it would be 0.Have a good day.

Horrible place to stay at! Bedsheets were clearly not cleaned, floor was dirty, black sheets from Walmart on the beds with no comforters! The photos in this review are from the room they moved us in after we complained! This is one of the nicer rooms!?!? Blinds were broken, window sill was dirty and dusty. We had to change our tv remote multiple times because they did not work. No phones in rooms so you must go down to the lobby for any requests which is very inconvenient. When we asked for blankets because we had no comforters they never came! Lobby smelled like dirty mop water! Weed stench throughout the whole hotel. The hotel was 🤢. People were sleeping on the couch in the lobby areas. The room was nasty sheets were dirty. There was mold and leak in the room. When I went to the front desk and ask the gentleman was he aware he said no. So we went so that I can show him, he offered another room but I overheard him say the were fully booked so where would he put in another nasty room. No one should be charged for their stay. It’s looks Like a shelter for people. Their website is very deceiving. I email the manager no response. This establishment is taking people money and the nerve to charge a deposit. If I lived there I would protest everyday until something is done. Taking people hard earned money. I only needed it for the day. We got there at 2am so we had no choice. However we spent most of our
