Miami Airport Marriott

Might be one if not, the only negative reviews I’ve ever left in my life. Happy to update or remove the review or edit the review which I believe I can do on Google reviews if the customer service changes. After a long day of travel and rigorous business meetings throughout the week, I’m on my way home to Salt Lake City and was checked in in the special Bonvoy elite line and was Treated very kindly professionally by the nice young lady who checked me in. I specifically asked after getting my keys if they had 24 hour room service and she told me no but that I could order room service up until 1130 and I had about 15 minutes. This particular hotel has what looks like a very nice convenience, store and pantry that also sells hot foods and they were currently serving people, hot pizzas and

My husband and I had an evening flight and had disembarked early off a cruise. Decided to purchase a day pass at this resort. First time we used a day pass and it was definitely worth it. The staff at the front desk were welcoming. The hotel is very nice and we enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. It's just a ten minute drive from the airport and a complimentary airport shuttle was included with the day pass.

Easy access to the airport and about 25 minutes to the cruise port. Several different eatery options. The M club concierge area had access to the breakfast buffet but other than a week night appetizer option it wasn't as nice as other concierge rooms we've been to. The staff was very nice though. The price was a bit high too.

Hotel itself was an excellent stay but I encountered the main lady in the dining room who I felt was extremely rude. While waiting for our pickup in the lobby I went over to breakfast area to get a drink of water to take some medicine. She barked at me dining was closed and I showed her I just needed a sip of water....again repeating herself to make a point. She really needs better customer centric training.
