Metro Park Hotel

I recently stayed at Metro Park and had a great experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location, it’s very central in Miami, close to many attractions like LoanDepot Park about an 8-minute walk and easy access to other parts of the city including downtown areas and local restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to greet you with a smile and help with any questions. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and it feels comfortable and tidy during your stay. Towels are provided and refreshed regularly, which is something I really appreciated. Rooms are equipped with essentials like basic kitchen facilities, so you can make simple meals if you want Overall, this hotel is a great choice, I would definitely recommend it especially

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be more more pleased with the experience; staff is very helpful and very welcoming too! They made us feel like home, cleanliness of our rooms was exceptional, place is well maintained. The hotel's location is a plus, everything its just right at the corner, very ubiquitous in the heart on famous calle 8 and Brickell among other places. Overall we're very thankful and pleased with the quality of service from staff and the level of comfort we received, this is very much appreciated! Thank you!

We had one of the worst “hotel” experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived with our whole family, excited because the place looks amazing in the pictures online. Unfortunately, reality was completely different. First of all, this is not really a hotel. There is no lobby, no front desk, and no staff on site. You have to use codes to get through the doors, which we were not expecting at all. It felt more like an unmanaged building than a hotel. The place was extremely dirty. The walls were covered in stains, hand marks, scratches, and grime. The window area had peeling paint, cracks, and visible dirt buildup. The lamp shade had stains on it. My girlfriend and I made an impromptu decision to stay out dancing and wanted to get a place nearby. This looked as fine as any other, but it ended up being a lot of hassle that we would have rather not dealt with. This was definitely a value selection from us, so we were not expecting much, but the room was not really ready for us as it did not have hot water until closer to checkout the next day when we no longer needed it. We reported this immediately and it wasn't really resolved in a timely manner like it should have been, nor were we really given any options for the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience. My family and I traveled from Orlando to Miami with our two children to attend a baseball game and booked two nights at this hotel because of its proximity to the stadium and the expectation of available parking. When we arrived, there was no parking available and the hotel provided no clear guidance on where guests could park. The worst part was when we arrived at Room 208. The entrance area to the room was filled with trash boxes, janitorial carts, and cleaning equipment. It felt like walking into a storage or maintenance area instead of a hotel guest floor. Because of this situation, we decided we could not stay there with our children and had to drive all the way back to Orlando, arriving home around 4:00 AM. Despite providing photos of the situation
