BEWARE!! We had booked a Saturday night here and unfortunately could not make it into town that day so we had to cancel. Two days later they charged us for the full night. Will never be staying here. The towns are very unwelcoming of outsiders (Springer & Roy) especially from Colorado. UPDATE: Nasty woman called and cursed out my husband and refused to issue the refund she had promised and then hung up. These are horrible people who should not be in this industry. Enjoy your $60, it won't save you from bankruptcy! If you have to stay in the area, check out the Broken Arrow Hotel in Springer. They are AMAZING and understand what customer service means.
Cool as people who run the joint very clean room very comfortable an affordable stay
The owner of this building drew a face on paper and slapped it into the cactus out front and it was giving me snake eyes durring my entire stay
Loved it was very peaceful nice clean rooms
A little creepy but quaint. I would definitely stay here again.
