Memphis East Campground

This is NOT a RV campground, it is a long term RV rental park.

Minimum stay of 3 months which I didn't know until reading these reviews. If you come in after the 1st or leave before the end of the month it is $450 regardless. Husband came in the 17th of the month and when I paid the first of the next month I had to pay the full 450 for both months.

I stayed here in march 2010 and i found it to be pleasant. Yes when you pull in there are mobile homes and the campground is in the middle of the community. But its a really nice mobile home park not like others. They keep it nice and clean and quite. The sites are really nice they are gravel and they have 30amp or 50amp available. I would definitly reccomend to anyone that is looking for a nice qiute campground thats not to far from the city. Its only 20 miles from downtown. I will be going back this summer with my friends.||||Its not a KOA anymore but they still except the KOA card among others for discount. but not passport which is ok.

This was an easy in and an easy out place for our over night stay. How ever the state was doing construction on I40 which made it hard to get back on the interstate going East but that was no fault of the camp site. This is an older camp ground but was well kept. They have a system that makes it easy for weekend and night arrivals. Easy set up. No cable but was able to get several channels without cable. It is in the middle of a moble home park but it is a nice, clean and well kept place. We will be happy to stay again on our next trip through! Thank you!!

Nice little RV park right off I40 east. Make a reservation or you may not have a site. Nice pool fishing, lake, doggie bags, grassy sites. Felt safe here. Office is friendly. You can come in late without reservation if a site is available. Box in front of office has paperwork for late night unreserved arrivals but we got the last one on a Monday night so I highly recommend reservations.
