I have lived here 2 years now. It is a very quiet and clean Park. You couldn't find better neighbors anywhere else! And yes the lot rent does go up 25 or 30 every year however, it is still very affordable compared to the majority of mobile home parks I have researched! It is also very dog friendly! which I like. Rent just keeps going up, 30$ each time, Im working pt, with rent, utility, I'm lucky to have 50.00$. The taxes in Evans didn't rise that much that it should go up that amount!! 2.6% for Evans taxes doesn't come near 30$ raise every time. What are we getting,?? Nothing. Except notices to weed whack.

Beautiful and quiet place to live! Only problem I've seen is people not following the small dog rules and also not keeping their dogs on a leash! I've seen big pit bulls and all kinds of big shepherd looking dogs. One actually attacked my small dog while he was on our own property and on a leash!

My elderly friends just moved into a brand new double wide. One floor living is great for an 82 & 87 year old. Thet love their new home.
