Very nice, level packed dirt. Cable is available. Reasonable price. Close to town but still in the country.
This quiet peaceful rv park. I have a long term lease and this rv park has become my home with a easy commute to Austin and surrounding area were I work. I would recommend this to any one who loves rv life whether retired, working in the area for a few months such as with Tesla, or just a weekend stay to go to Sherwood Forest that is 2 miles away. They have very reasonable rates. Friendly nieghbors and wildlife viewing from the front door.
Big thanks to Clint for a last minute site needed. Took time to get us set up. Definitely a great place for Gravel Cyclists adventure Van group looking for place to access power and water.
I was going to rent a space on April 1 waiting on space to be available. Paid a deposit Monday decided to move closer to Austin but can’t get deposit back Money does not grow on trees. After looking around at other RV parks this one is trashy
