Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection

Me and my wife have been to the Mayflower many times in the past. We took advantage of a friends and family promotion for a one night getaway. ||Upon arraivel the valet was great anf took our bags to the room and parked our car right next to it. The front desk was perfect for both check in and arrival. ||We had dinner at the Tap Room and had a couples massage at the spa. The food was good but the menu selection was limited. Our waiter was very nice and accomodated our requests. The couples massage was amazing and the staff at the spa is incrediible.

We have the most lovely stay for our one year wedding anniversary. All the staff at the Mayflower are incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time at the wreath making class and were delighted to find a hand written note from Shannon the general manager with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. After dinner, we were surprised with a mini replica of our exact wedding cake -- a truly special gift. We were spoiled throughout our visit and can't wait to return for future occasions.

Our experience at The Mayflower Inn spa was truly restorative. We started the morning with a workout in the gym before heading to our spa treatments. After we did lunch then laps in the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the service during our lunch was attentive and seamless. A particular highlight was spending time in the Garden Room—those high ceilings and plush, comfy couches create the ultimate sanctuary for unwinding. We did a yoga class that set a perfect tone for the following day. We highly recommend.

In December our company celebrated the holidays with an overnight retreat at The Mayflower. From the first arrival to the final departure, the level of care, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, kindness, etc. was extraordinary. Far beyond the beautiful venue, wonderful accommodations, memorable spa treatments, and delicious food, what I’ll truly remember most were the constant smiles I saw from everyone staff member with whom my team and I interacted. We felt remarkably welcomed and genuinely cared for. Our events were well-planned and flawlessly delivered. The Mayflower is a truly special place - and those who work there are a truly special team. Exceptional hospitality at it's finest. If you want to be spoiled, look no further. This is the place to go. We were surprised and delighted with countless examples of thoughtful attention to detail. We loved exploring the grounds and gardens, indulging at the spa, and settling into cozy nooks with books and games. The restaurant and bar nourished us throughout our stay. We can't wait to go back and experience this magical place through all the seasons.
