Well I've been here for 13 years, and I've never seen such a joke for a maintenance person. I've actually seen him throwing something at someone's trailer here in the park, and more than 10 times, lol. If you like a good trustworthy place to live, don't move here.
This place is going down hill again. So if you're thinking about moving here, make sure you'd like to have a real maintenance person to help around the park before you move in. Because this Wes Ray McCall guy is an idiot, and does his job very unprofessionally. This place is nice, but not staff wise. Staff wise it's very poorly ran.
Pleasant little place. A lot of good, kind and courteous people.
I loved it there every nice. Peaceful and quiet 🤫
