Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so nice and the grounds are lovely. The location was perfect for anything you want to do or see and very private. There were lots of families there but you still felt pretty secluded which made for a great getaway. Just fyi we did go off season but our whole building was full. The rooms were a nice size with a very nice sitting area with a balcony. The main lobby was so pretty with seating outside. The only downside was housekeeping was not daily. Highly recommend!

We had a full house in our two bedroom apartment this weekend! The grounds were beautiful and so many things to keep the kiddos busy! They were wonderful with our service animal. Our room was clean, quiet, and everything we wanted! We want to give a shout out to some of the staff that really made our time exceptional; Jared, Massimo, and Mark are truly outstanding people!

Very clean and cute condo/apartment type of rooms. I stayed 3 days/ 2 nights in a king room. The indoor pool and hot-tub took me a minute to find (downstairs in the main building where u get checked in). 10pm is their cut off time which seems pretty early to me. They have a very small fitness room down there as well as a game room area for kids. The entire place was very clean! Security was great - they had to let me into my room on night 2 bc I locked myself out and the key card programmer wasn’t working properly. Very nice receptionists and extremely helpful. I was even given a noon late check out when I asked(check out is normally 10am) and our $15 parking fee was waved which was fantastic! The Mr has Titanium Elite status with Marriot Hotels so not sure if that has something to do with

Positive: "" Negative: The $15 a night parking fee is completely unnecessary and I missed that information in the website. In addition, there is no breakfast accommodations for guests except to pay. I won't be booking to stay there again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. First off the staff is amazing! They are so helpful and kind and unlike many these days- seem to truly enjoy their job! We stayed in December and brought our elf and the front staff set up a cute scene for us going way above and beyond. In addition they have activities planned daily and a great little game area. The indoor pool was large and very clean. To top it all off they had free on location laundry! This is our new spot in Branson for family vacays!
