Customer Reviews
Room was clean. Staff was friendly but uninformative. We asked for directions to the hot tub/pool area and got them only to find that the hot tub was maybe 50°. Which was highly unfortunate over valentine's day weekend 2026. The Hot Tub, comfortable bed, and in room emmenities were the reasons we chose this 4 🌟 hotel. For the location I gave 2 stars because of the cost for parking. Upon arriving the asked valet about parking. They told us it would be an $8 charge for their service, self parking was $16, and made no mention of the free parking on the side of the building. We parked for free in the 10 minute check in zone and asked the attendant about free parking and he told us of the free side of the hotel parking. I gave us $2 stars for service also because the room only had one regular c
Positive: The staff was friendly Negative: Having to move rooms because the bed didn’t have the correct sheets on it. I had to move after I was unpacked and ready for bed . It was close to midnight. For a 4 star hotel that is unacceptable
Phenomenal. Hotel is spotless and rooms are clean and comfortable. The service in the downstairs restaurant was impeccable. Chris was our server/bartender. He had many tables but was calm and very professional. He delivered incredible service. And the food was really really good! I recommend the Spinach and strawberry salad with chicken. I also had the privilege to speak with the manager and front manager. Very nice people. I can see why their employees are happy and the hotel runs so well.
It's a strange experience coming to this hotel. The staff is great and the building and rooms are very nice. But the experience is lacking. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The pillows were junk. The toilet paper was sub-standard and the coffee was atrocious. My remote for the TV was broken. It's all these little things that add up to really take the shine off the experience. Not a terrible hotel at all but it doesn't live up to what you expect when you book it and when you first come inside.
The hotel is under massive construction which isn’t noted on the booking site. There is a parking lot and parking garage, but you are not allowed to use them. It is valet only. Dumb here in the burbs and inconvenient. I was greeted with a rent a cop coming up to me telling me to move my car it is private property. This all is a harbinger of what’s to come. At check in I was told loudly twice my card was declined I pre paid with. I told them I knew it went through and they said it didn’t. Guess what? I’ve been charged twice, and after three weeks of the run around it’s looking like small claims court isn’t far off. Last but not least the very dated and dingy rooms at this hotel had saggy beds and one with a hair on it that wasn’t mine. The water was super hot and you couldn’t get it cool ev
