Very affordable. Best place to put trailer in the area. Pets and kids seem to be allowed now. Try to keep riff raff out. The management now try to keep up with things. Lived there for a very long time. Best advice NEVER PLAN TO LIVE IN AN RV FOR LONG.
Went here by mistake. Its on a dead end road by a petroleum tank farm. Got there in the dark and there is no office. Had to ask around for park manager and he was very nice but I had the wrong location. I couldn't have stayed anyway. No room to maneuver a fifth wheel over 25 ft long. Very sketch area at night. Looks to be a long term low rent park.
Hit rock bottom and couldnt breath ; Searching for a hand to pull me up and this place has . It may not be hollywood , but the people i have met here are so kind hearted and amazing !
Great place if your looking for a cheaper place to stay no kids allowed very quiet.
Great quit place to live. Live here for a while and it was nice
