Marlowe Treehouse at Waypoint

Aboid this place at all costs!! Ants and seed ticks were in the bed!! Sheets were dirty! Located at the dead end road on sketchy location. Owner was not concerned at all when told. Definitely not worth the $200 plus dollars spent!!

This has been the single most frustrating and unprofessional booking experience I have ever had. I strongly caution future guests to avoid this listing and host due to extreme unreliability and dubious communication. My initial reservation was made on VRBO. The host cancelled that booking, citing that VRBO was not "host friendly," and directed me to rebook the same dates on Airbnb. Upon rebooking, the host arbitrarily changed the single-night reservation to a 2-night minimum. I had to personally contact them and argue the point to get them to honor the 1-night stay that was already reserved. The most egregious issue, however, was the final cancellation. One month after successfully booking on Airbnb, and just two months before a highly anticipated holiday weekend trip, the host messaged
