While traveling up the Natchez Trace on a motorcycle, we needed a place along the route and found this. What a gem!! This old house is amazing and authentic. It felt just like we had stepped back in time. Very easy to find and great parking for the motorcycle. The town is very quiet, so don't plan on a happening nightlife on a Tuesday, but that contributes to the charm. Really enjoyed listening to the rain fall from the covered porch swing.

This was another outstanding stay. After riding 350 plus miles on the Natchez Trace by motorcycle the Maple terrace Inn was a welcome sight. Our group had the whole house, it was fantastic filled with antique furniture huge bath tub and outstanding beds. the perfect place to spend a great night after a day of riding.

Made reservations for 3 rooms. Whe we arrived found only 1 room key. (Never received a confirmation email) Tried every number we could find, including the "Innkeeper ". After waiting for over 30 minutes we left and traveled to the next town (Houston Ms) where we found excellent accommodations. After waiting over an hour I sent text to the the numbers I called telling them to cancel my reservations. After 3 hours the "Innkeeper" called and said they could not cancel the reservations. I love to stay at Bed and Breskfast because each one is unique. Never ran across anything as "unique" as this place.

This B&B was great! I enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful environment created by this owner. The home was full of historic and tasteful furniture. The breakfast was delicious and the cook provided enjoyable conversation. It is worth every dollar and I will definitely make this a regular stay whenever I return to Kosciusko. About time Kosciusko and thank you Larry for bringing a touch of class to your city!

My mother and I stayed here during our Natchez Trace trip. We enjoyed our stay here overall. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were good size. The location is walking distance to the charming town square. The woman who came and made breakfast was very kind. I think it’s of note that this is a slightly different B&B experience. We did not meet the owner and no one who works at the inn lives here. It felt strange when we came in to the empty house. I would say it is almost a combo air b&b/traditional b&b experience. Breakfast is provided, so in that sense it is more traditional. Breakfast is to order versus typical b&b experience where it is a surprise what they are serving and there are fewer choices. This inn seems to be very accommodating to those travelin
