MainStay Suites Spokane Airport

My entire stay here exceeded my expectations. The 2 ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and did more than they needed to by offering my useful information about a vehicle drop off and free shuttle to the airport. The bagged breakfast we had since we were so early for our flight was better than expected. The room was nicer and bigger than I was expecting espically for the price. Great place to stay and I highly recommend this hotel!!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall a great experience! Right after checking into our room, we had some very odd electrical issues. Multiple breakers kept tripping for no apparent reason. The fridge, the TV, and the overhead lights, leaving us in the dark. The employees on staff that evening worked together quickly, but it did take several hours to fully resolve, and was a rough way to start our time in the hotel. The hotel was fully booked, so moving us to another room wasn't an option. The young woman who was working at the front desk contacted her manager for help. We were given the option to receive a refund and book at another hotel, but by this time it was late enough that booking another hotel sounded like a headache, so we held out with hope that the elect

5 star experience! Rooms are quite large, and very CLEAN! We needed use of their shuttle service to and from the airport -- service is spot on. Desk staff was very friendly, with warm homemade cookies waiting for you. Highly recommend, I would only stay here if I find myself in Spokane again. The only "con" is the tv is not a smart tv. But, we survived.

Positive: Convenient location Negative: A/C was too loud. The breakfast was lousy. Hotel employees were not accommodating. We couldn't get extra pillows. There was no facial tissue in the bathroom when we came in.

This place is amazing, great price, free bowl of soup at 5pm, free fresh cookies at 7 pm, huge free breakfast spread, indoor pool, spa that kick kids out at 10 pm and leave open til midnight for adults and pool toys by request. Oh and a bar inside hotel. Our room was a double queen bed room and had kitchen even a dishwasher. Needless to say we will be booking here again real soon
