MainStay Suites Milwaukee/Franklin

The start of the stay was a little rough. Room didn't appear to be cleaned. No shower curtain, no towels, dishes in the dishwasher, floor was dirty. Couldn't get the TV to work. Staff were quick to hang a shower curtain and supply towels. They got the TV working. The next morning the TV fell off the wall and we were relocated to a new room. This room was much cleaner and the rest of the experience was good. We were told we would receive a reduction on our room rate but that did not occur. While the room had issues, the staff who helped us were amazing and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! Janet went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 12 at the very last minute, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Her customer service was outstanding—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and sweet throughout the entire process. She truly made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

We recently sold our home and needed a place to stay until our apartment was available and spent a month at the extended stay Mainstay Suites. The property was very well maintained inside and out. Ryan, Matt and the entire staff made us feel at home and we're more than gracious and accommodating. They really went above and beyond as the service we received was impeccable on every level. Management, front desk cleaning staff and maintenance were always able to fulfill any special requests. The attention to detail was evident throughout the property. Thanks again to everyone there that made our stay as pleasant as possible!

The hotel is modern and clean. My room has everything you need for an extended stay to make you feel at home. The hot breakfast in the morning are very good with plenty of options. The 24 hour fitness center is small, but the cardio machines are modern and worked well. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect the room was nice and clean. The gym and pool were working in fine order. But out shine all of that was the front desk lady name Mary. I watch her deal with a customer who was raising his voice at her and was acting like child. She handled the situation like a respectable employee and still manage to help the cry baby out by being calm and collected. If she doesn’t get a raise for this than that is just mess up
