MainStay Suites Bloomington near University

Absolutely loved my stay there, the room was great and the staff was top tier especially harsh who worked front desk and I highly recommend this place for the best service!!!

Pulled out sofa bed and it was full of gold fish and other food. They didn’t have any other rooms to move us to and did not have housekeeping available so they wanted me to make do with situation. When I told them it was unacceptable, I asked them if the had another room and we could split up our family into 2 rooms. They agreed to this. When I got to new room it had smoke detector dangling and soap dispenser had fallen off wall and into shower. I would avoid this place unless you don’t have ANY other options.

Harsh was extremely helpful at the front desk making changes to our reservation for our upcoming stay. Thank you for all your help.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room felt so cozy and even had a kitchen!
