Mai Hana Hotel & Suites I Drive- Theme Parks

First I want to say Christina Martinez, Assistant Front desk manager, provides outstanding customer service and truly makes the front desk a welcoming place for everyone. She has a beautiful personality and is always attentive to the guest and their needs. Her energy and professionalism make every interaction enjoyable. MAI HANA is a great place to stay when traveling solo. It is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it easy for solo travelers to relax and enjoy their stay. The location is perfect every thing you need is walking distance.

This is a hidden gem. The location was amazing. Just a 10 minute walk to Icon park but also surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The area is clean, well lit at night, felt safe for walking, pedestrian friendly, and very close to Universal Epic. The service was first rate- very friendly. The breakfast buffet is a standard hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, bacon, juices, milk, coffee, toast, yogurt and granola, and ect.) The room was clean and the bed was good. We were on the 4th floor facing the pool. The only reason I did not give a 5 star for the room was due to the shower head. It’s the standard water saving shower head so the pressure is not the greatest for long, thick hair. Outside of that we plan to stay here again the next time we visit Orlando. There were plent

Customer service was amazing! Outstanding to say the least! However, rooms are not very clean. Our floor turned our feet black and was sticky. We also found roaches which apparently is typical down here. Idk but they came and cleaned the room and still floor was dirty (floor was never cleaned) also upon arrival, we only had one towel in the room and a washcloth. Pool was also broken and couldnt use it. However the front desk is sooooo sweet, they are willing to go above and beyond to make your trip the best it can be!

Location is fantastic. Not charging resort fees is fantastic. I booked here just because of the no lady minute added fine print fees True what people say about showers. Water gets everywhere. Easy fix that they can't or won't do. Bed was uncomfortable (too soft). Noise from outside comes STRAIGHT into room, but we didn't hear anything from adjacent rooms. There was waaaay too much noise at 2am which didn't stop until I called and asked security to stop it (they don't make rounds?!). The evening desk is staffed by ONE PERSON who is also taking phone reservations. Beth was great, but this is a very illogical cost saving measure, especially when you've got multiple people at the desk on Sunday morning. Are you sandbagging Beth? I had to prove to them my reservation included breakfast.

This hotel charged us $15 per night resort fee.. when I told them that I had already paid everything but the reception guy got angry and yelled that you have to pay.. we landed in Orlando at midnight so we did not have any options..
