Reserved a king oceanfront studio for 2 nights. Room location was excellent as was the view. Room was ready when we arrived early. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, beach access and pool area were very nice. Parking was never a problem.|However, the bathroom was small- think cruiseship. The room phone didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk to report that we had no hot water. Called with my cell .Suffered through a cold shower as we had dinner reservations in Cape May. Upon exiting the building saw 2 plumbers vans and discovered that no one had hot water either. Received no apologies or compensation from management. Hot water returned later that night.|The room had only one source of artificial light which was a lamp on one side of the bed controlled by the lam

Introduction: I recently spent two unforgettable nights at The Mahalo in Diamond Beach, and it was truly phenomenal. Room: Our room, situated on the 4th floor, offered a breathtaking ocean view that was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was impeccably clean, and the requested turn-down service for the sofa bed was promptly provided. Amenities: The beach experience was top-notch. There was an ample supply of towels - you could get as many as you'd like. The beach chairs were plentiful and incredibly comfortable, reclining all the way back for ultimate relaxation. Service: The service at The Mahalo was nothing short of phenomenal. From the turn-down service to the attentive beach staff, every interaction exceeded expectations. Pros: - Stunning ocean views from the 4th floor - Excepti

I expected more, considering the prices have practically tripled since it was taken over from the Regal four years ago. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work, the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked, and there was no iron or ironing board in the room (there was when it was the Regal). They’ve also removed the mini kitchens in the room that used to have a full size fridge, mini stove and sink. Now it’s just a small fridge, microwave and Keurig. I just don’t understand why they would take amenities away that used to be available. With the prices they charge, they need to do better. I will say that the pool was well heated and there’s now a restroom available near the pool area so that you don’t have to go back up to your room to use a bathroom, which is a huge plus. However, they installed a

Advertised as a resort. While it is oceanfront, it is far from a resort. There are no restaurants (although they pretend the restaurants that are two properties down are theirs). No spa, no hot tub (although the pool was very nice). Room was large, but the bathroom was VERY small. No ironing board or iron. Hotel has five floors and about 60 rooms, but one tiny elevator that the luggage cart barely fit in.

Great stay! Wildwood crest is where it’s at! We had a corner room on the 5th floor, which was basically oceanfront. Rooms huge for a family of 4! Loved the suite aspect. Beds were comfy and resort was quiet and clean. Beach is beautiful and the sand is so soft and white. All staff were accommodating and polite. The only negative is that you can notice that the pool needs updated. Still, pool was clean and water was warm. I don’t usually write reviews and we have pretty high standards We were content and happy here!
