Magnolia Inn & Suites

We had a fantastic experience at Magnolia Inn & Suites! The service was amazing, special shout out to Wanda, she was working overnight and was very pleasant and helped us secure our room and gave us all of the informationwe needed. The property was undergoing construction/renovation but we couldn't tell. The room was very neat and clean. The property was very welcoming, we felt safe and secure. If I'm ever in Columbia, MS again, I know where I'm staying.

BEWARE... the staff is not properly trained and will make "MISTAKE" charges on the rooms. We were charged for an additional room, additional taxes upon check out and ANOTHER ROOM charge after we left! It's either incompetence or just down right stealing!!! Either way don't stay here unless you want to chase around to get your money back.||We came as a group to this hotel for a ball tournament. Magnolia Inn had decent reviews and the location could not be better if there are tournaments.||Our group booked together using the team card. We originally booked 14 rooms for two nights. One of the parents couldn't attend the tourney, so we cancelled one of the rooms earlier in the week. On check in day it's a little crazy. The staff was super friendly, Housekeeping were singing as they are cleaning the rooms. That truly means that they are happy and well taken care of. As a engineer I truly was injoying the renovation that the hotel was getting. Nice job 👏 The only thing missing from our morning routine was breakfast. But we understood. We attended a butifull wedding our intire stay with the daughter. I look forward to visiting again...

I love staying here it's nice and clean, this time tho the lady serving the breakfast had a bad attitude and the hot tub wasn't working. But overall still 5 stars

Awesome hotel! Clean, comfortable, friendly, epitome of southern hospitality! Rooms are cozy with refrigerator and microwave. Nice pool and jacuzzi! Oh, and great breakfast. Loved the grits. Would definitely go back if we are in town. Blessing to all of the employees there.
