Madison Resort Wildwood Crest

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was amazing clean, modern, and really comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up, which made the stay feel relaxing and easy. The service was just as impressive. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for their guests. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at The Madison. Our Junior Suite room was clean, roomy and well appointed. It was busy on our arrival Saturday but it was so relaxing the next few days. You have access to both facilities which was a nice bonus. Also having beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel was a nice amenity. Just pack your beach bag and head on down to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Positive: The additional amenities - free chairs and umbrellas at the beach and a free shuttle Negative: When we first arrived, it felts understaffed. There was only one person at reception for check in over a holiday weekend when they stated they were sold out. Additionally it was the 4pm check in time but housekeeping was still trying to finish rooms

Madison has gone DOWNHILL fast. We stayed here the first year after renovations in 2024 and it was amazing. Staff were the best and very accommodating. Second year, equally amazing. This will be our third year. I booked in October 2024 for Barefoot weekend. Today their rates are lower and will NOT price adjust per Iona, front desk manager, who was extremely rude to me and said, "Rates go up and down all the time. Do you want me to raise your rates when they go up?" I've never heard of a business not honoring rates when a customer calls. Iona also said if I canceled and rebooked the exact room/dates, I would still lose 50% of my deposit, which would be $623.00. This is not good business practice. We booked a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway at Madison Resort, and it was absolutely everything we hoped for! From the moment we arrived, the two women at the front desk were so warm and welcoming—they truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and cozy, making it feel just like home. The decorations throughout the entire resort were beautiful and added such a charming touch to the atmosphere. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious, which was the perfect way to start each morning. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a relaxing and romantic getaway!
