This camp was prefect except for the owners wife. Shirl. She don’t like women. She bothered me every day. Wanting me to move a foot this way and that. Then attacked me. I left her camp and walked back to get my Rv and she left the camp followed me and got out of truck and grabbed me. Of course she has been there for 40 years so the police just said I had no proof. VERY THREATENING AND SCARY. NEVER AGAIN. I should have pressed charges. Another male camper there said she had done the same thing to him. BEWARE. OWNER IS AWESOME. WIFE IS A NIGHTMARE. I hope she don’t make him loose his family land.
Great little campground for quiet getaway. Super friendly campground with nice boat launch and amazing catfishing
A great landing with a small beach and swimming area. The owners are wonderful, the epitome of 'southern hospitality'.
