Mac Arthur Inn

Honestly, this hotel is the worst, most run-down place. So don't even think about coming here because absolutely nobody comes. It's the worst hotel on Long Island.

First off got there bringing in my stuff locked my key in there twice. Kieh was working and was so unbelievably nice both times and gave me keys to get in and still asked if I needed anything else to enjoy my stay what else could you ask for. Rooms are very clean as well. I’d def stay here again if your thinking about it just do it you won’t regret it. Also Harry the maintenance guy and also Mary that works the front are so unbelievably nice and helpful. Def be back!!

Rooms were small, bathroom had NO hot water and the TV wouldn't fully turn off so I had to sleep with the TV light on for the night. Fridge worked good tho lol. Fan in the bathroom turned on as soon as you hit the light switch and sounded like it was gonna fall out!

This is the WORST motel I have ever been too. Our toilet overflowed and the man behind the counter gave me a mop and bucket and towels to clean it myself. Didn’t even offer me a new room. Overcharged us for 2 rooms, which due to an emergency and shortage of finance this was the only affordable room for my children and I. The room was filthy and disgusting, I was scared to even lay on the bed. The doors didn’t lock, we had to barracad the doors for our safety. I contacted the health department and the bbb to complain. Ok too if that there was a lady outside our door high as a kite talking to herself and completely just out of her mind. I don’t recommend staying even if this is your last resort. Don’t waste your money.

Beyond disgusting an outdated by far the worst place to be I would much rather honestly spend the night in jail than be here!!!!!! Roach infested and when I told the front guys the lady was very rude and told me flat out that I was lying and when she sent the cleaning people to check out the roach problem and they came back and told her what I said was true she refused to give me a refund and kicked me out the next day
