Luxury Inn

All new paint, carpet and tile makes the room seem nicer than the great price you paid but as you settle in you notice several things that add up to almost a deal breaker. || First the train issue several reviews have talked about. we were in the back of the lot furthest away from the road and tracks but every 10 minutes the train comes by. Stay away from the rooms nearest the road. The problem is the tracks follow the highway so it really doesn't matter what hotel you pick along that stretch of town, the trains go by them all. Not to worry, AC unit noise covers up most noise with its own noise, so train is not a huge deal || Back lot rooms face west and have a window in the back of the room facing east, or so it seemed. NO WINDOW SHADE so by 5:30 am the room is lit up bright making

Can’t complain last minute room the service in the office. They were very very nice. They did help me. Everything worked OK no problems. Yes, you pay for what you get but it’s not too bad.

*******BED BUGS********This was the only pet friendly hotel available after my other hotel didn't have enough rooms after I made a reservation online. I was grateful just to have a place to stay until....People were loitering in the parking lots, pretty sure someones car got repossessed, the room had tape on the adjoining door, cobwebs in the bathroom light/fan, and I had to leave 2 hours after I got into my room because I found bed bugs. The office staff said they would refund me, but they have not.

It wasn't that bad. I paid for the whole month. And wasn't happy with the 1st room or the 2nd. And I couldn't get my money back. But, eventually, the kind lady at the front desk and I were able to work together and come to a conclusion that satisfied us both. She even offered me a double just to make me happy. She will work with you, but you have to communicate with her and not be a jerk, or she will cut you off. As a lifelong resident of Burque, I love this part of town, but anything can happen, and if you're looking for an affordable place to crash, then you can give this place a try. It's not The Ritz Carleton, but at least you have options here. Just be kind to the staff and they will be kind to you.

For where hotel in located its really not that bad. Yes rooms could use some updates. First room we got had hole in ceiling (233) but they gave us no problem an moved us. When you are down and cant get into an apt or house right away and need a place to stay for a decent price I would send you here. Now if you come from out of town and know nothing about this area then definitely not the place for you.... Crime does happen but owners seem to keep their property clean and quiet ❤️ I cant complain....
